Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: To secure your massage appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made online. 24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be flexible with our clients. However, to ensure that we can accommodate all clients and maintain our schedule, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to attend, 100% of the session fee will be charged. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we are happy to accommodate you, provided you notify us at 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to respect the schedule of subsequent clients, but you will still be charged for the full session. No-Show Fee: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not notified us within the 24-hour window, 100% of the session fee will be charged. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to cancel or reschedule within the required time frame due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation. Confirmation: Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation via [email/text]. A reminder will also be sent 24 hours before your appointment.
